The challenge

A five-storey, multi-unit apartment build needed its complete hydraulic package delivered on a tight construction program, with every trade stacked on top of each other and no room for slippage between levels.

What we did

Working from the hydraulic drawings, our construction crew delivered the full rough-in — sanitary and stormwater stacks, water services and metering — level by level, then returned for a clean fixture fit-off, coordinating closely with the site foreman at every pour and lock-up.

  1. Set-out and rough-in coordinated to the builder's floor-by-floor program
  2. Sanitary, stormwater and water service stacks installed ahead of each slab pour
  3. Progressive inspections and hydrostatic testing at every stage
  4. Fixture fit-off and commissioning ahead of practical completion

The outcome

“They kept pace with our program floor by floor and handed over without a defect list. That's exactly what you want from a hydraulic contractor.”
