The challenge
A raw warehouse needed to become a functional office and workshop, which meant bringing new amenities, kitchen points, trade waste and backflow protection into a shell with minimal existing services.
What we did
We designed and installed the full plumbing fit-out — new amenities and kitchen points, a compliant trade-waste arrestor and backflow prevention — coordinated around the electrical and fit-out trades to hit the tenant's move-in date.
