The challenge
Recurring blockages in a food-court grease line were forcing tenancy shutdowns during peak trade and creating a real health-inspection risk. Excavating through a live, tiled food court during trading hours was out of the question.
What we did
A CCTV inspection located root ingress and collapsed sections in the main. We relined the pipe using a no-dig cured-in-place liner overnight and brought the grease arrestor servicing onto a managed schedule — all without lifting a single floor tile.
Overnight CCTV survey to map the failure without disrupting traders
No-dig cured-in-place pipe relining of the affected main
Grease arrestor cleaned, serviced and placed on a PPM schedule
Post-works camera footage handed over as proof of rectification

The outcome
Traders never lost a day of business, the health risk was removed, and the centre now runs a preventative maintenance schedule that has kept the line clear ever since.
“They fixed it overnight without touching the floor and we opened on time the next morning. No fuss, no mess, no closed shops.”
